INTRODUCTION
A university project, turned to real client branding project for a boutique pet spa and groomers, focused on creating a professional identity that retained warmth and personality, but conveyed their expertise.

THE CHALLENGE
To elevate the brand visually while ensuring the identity could be reproduced reliably across print and physical applications.
Intention over decoration. Bow Wow takes pride in their work, so the identity needed to reflect that better than ever.
Their existing mark did not reflect their brand values, and was holding Bow-Wow back from their full potential.


THE APPROACH
Initial university submission was refined through lecturer and client feedback as well as real-world considerations, addressing issues such as scale, legibility, and ink bleed.
The system was simplified to improve clarity and consistency without losing character.

THE OUTCOME
A refined brand identity that the client has since adopted, demonstrating how feedback-led iteration can strengthen both design quality and practical usability. Due to the success Bow-Wow has seen with this identity, an updated online presence through their website is in the works.
